Do you have a hard time saying "No"? And when you do say it, do you feel guilty or feel like you are disappointing or letting other people down?

If your answer is yes to these questions then I am here to tell you this:

Saying "No" is okay. Saying "No" does not make you selfish. And saying "No" can sometimes be necessary and should be practiced when appropriate.

Saying no is important because it helps maintain our self-respect and preserves our personal boundaries. Sometimes, we may feel pressured to say yes to avoid conflict or to please others, but it's essential to recognize that we have the right to say no to things that don't align with our values, interests, or energy.
