Nonprofit Westchester is partnering with the Westchester Community Foundation, United Way of Westchester and Putnam, JDM Benefits and Pace University on the FIRST-EVER WESTCHESTER-ONLY NONPROFIT COMPENSATION SURVEY. The 2022 Westchester Nonprofit Compensation Report will offer a trusted, data-driven resource that will provide a detailed breakdown of trends in salary and benefits in the Westchester nonprofit sector.

Support the nonprofit sector and gain vital information for your organization to benchmark and advocate! Invest a small amount of time for a big impact.

• This survey will take 15 and 40 minutes to complete depending on the size of your nonprofit.
• Data can be saved; you do not need to complete the survey all at once.
• Individuals who fill out the survey on behalf of their organization will receive a FREE copy of the report — a $350 value.
• Organizations based in Westchester with at least one paid staff member are eligible to fill out the survey.

To better assist you, we suggest you have the following items available as you complete the survey:

• Organization EIN Number
• Approximate budget amount
• Employee diversity data
• Salary data (averages by position and gender)
• Recent salary increases (overall)
• Benefit types, amounts, and eligibility criteria

Your responses to this survey will be anonymous and confidential. When results of this study are published or presented, individuals and organization names and other personally identifiable information will not be used, the data will be presented in aggregate form. We will ask that you provide the organization's thirteen-digit Employer Identification Number (EIN), but this will not be shared.
