Lorraine Hansberry lived at the intersection of art and politics where theater operated as a rehearsal room for her political and intellectual work. Celebrated for her play A Raisin in the Sun, Hansberry was also the author of innovative journalism and of plays touching on slavery, interracial communities, and Black freedom movements. Impact100 Westchester Boost Grant
|
|
|
Impact100 Westchester announces a new Boost Grant for 2023 with the goal of helping smaller Westchester Nonprofits make a larger Impact in our community. To qualify for the Boost, your organization must:
- be a tax-exempt 501(c)(3)
- serve Westchester Residents
- have a recently submitted IRS Form 990
- have Total Revenue below $250,000
- not have applied for an Impact100 Westchester Transformational Project Grant this cycle
Three $5,000 grants will be awarded. The recipients of the Boost will be announced on May 8 and recognized at the Impact100 Annual Meeting on June 6, 2023. The portal with the simple Boost application opens February 1st, with applications due by February 24, 2023. Impact100 Website. |
