Dear NPW Members and Supporters:

Governor Hochul has announced a “conceptual agreement” on a $237B budget. Both the Senate and Assembly are conferencing this agreement and there are limited details available at the moment.

It appears that the Human Services COLA will be 2.8% with a dedicated amount to be used for salaries. This is short of the 3.2% COLA for which the sector is advocating. Please raise your voices!
