The Emerging Leaders Class of 2023 visited the Children's Village last Thursday. It was a beautiful autumn afternoon on their incredible campus.
ELPers had the unique opportunity to hear from several key staff members: - Dr. Jeremy Kohomban, President and CEO
- Vincent Madera, Division Director, CVTI and Permanency
- Jamila Baucom, Vice President for Advancement
- Richard Georg, CFO
- Warren Kent, Senior VP for Community-Based Services
- Charmane Wong, Vice President for Human Resources
We can't thank these CV leaders enough for sharing their knowledge and enthusiasm. It was clear to all why the Children's Village has emerged as a national model for community-embedded family support.
After the inspirational and fun session on campus, ELPers and CV staff had a fantastic time at Lombardo's Restaurant "down the hill". The group really enjoyed meeting and connecting with each other.
