Mission Statement
RoundTable Technology has been providing enterprise-level technology services to nonprofit organizations since 2010. RoundTable’s clients range in size from small to midsize organizations to enterprises with over 1,000 employees. RoundTable Technology is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of security and trustworthiness in all of our services. To this end, we have obtained our SOC 2, Type 2 report as a continuation of our commitment to providing our customers with assurance that their technology partner is upholding the highest standard of security.

In addition to offering the full suite of Managed Support and Security services, RoundTable’s Strategic Services team has experience in working with C-suite level leaders to plan and implement technology initiatives that are aligned with business goals and mission. RoundTable believes that nonprofits and small business have the same technology needs as fortune 500 companies, but most do not have the resources for a C-Suite full of dedicated technology executives, such as a Chief Information Officer (CIO), Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) or Chief Data Officer (CDO).

RoundTable’s Strategic Services team includes nationally recognized experts in the field of strategic technology leadership for nonprofits. Our Strategic Services professionals hold certifications in the following areas: Professional Project Managers (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).

RoundTable brings a collaborative, agile (and Agile) perspective to leading organizations through an ever-evolving landscape of technology. Whether an organization is embarking upon a 3-year roadmap, initiating several competing projects, or rolling out a digital transformation strategy, RoundTable’s experts will work with leadership to develop a roadmap and implementation plan.

For RoundTable, digital transformation refers to an organization's ability to take advantage of innovations in technology in order to better serve constituents and stakeholders. RoundTable professionals have worked on a variety of small and large technology initiatives -- including, but not limited to, cybersecurity and data privacy assessments, large-scale data and platform migrations, and working with third parties, such as an organization’s auditors around compliance challenges. RoundTable professionals believe that technology solves problems for people. To that end, digital transformation projects include technology, systems and people. We believe that technology initiatives are also opportunities for process improvement opportunities and organizational change.
