Megan Baldwin is the Senior Vice President of Government and Community Relations at Westchester Medical Center Health Network (WMCHealth). In her role, Ms. Baldwin is responsible for building collaborative relationships with elected officials, government agencies and community partners, and establishing a constant presence in communities served by WMCHealth to provide the highest quality care to its patients. Before joining WMCHealth, Ms. Baldwin served as the Acting Executive Deputy Commissioner for the New York State Department of Health, where she managed day-to-day operations and collaborated with various stakeholders at the state and local levels. Notably, during the COVID-19 pandemic, Ms. Baldwin played a crucial role as a member of the New York State Vaccine Distribution Leadership team, demonstrating her commitment to public health and emergency response coordination. Boasting 18 years of experience in government and healthcare, Ms. Baldwin’s career has been dedicated to fostering collaborative relationships with elected officials government agencies, and community partners to ensure the delivery of the highest quality care to patients and all New Yorkers. |
Dr. Fox is the President and CEO of the Westchester Institute on Human Development. Previously, she served as Associate Director of the Institute on Disability and Co-Director of the Center on Aging and Community Living at UNH. A key aspect of her lifelong work has been the development of and advocacy for person-centered home and community based services for older adults and adults with disabilities to prevent unnecessary institutionalization and to support all citizens to live within their home communities. She has a strong interest in the experience of family caregivers. Her Master’s thesis researched the mental health of family caregivers of individuals with developmental disabilities and her doctoral work focused on the experience of family caregivers of older adults. She is currently a member of the NY State Developmental Disabilities Planning Council and the NYS Department of Health, Disability and Health Program Stakeholders Group. She serves as a peer reviewer for the American Journal on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. |
Jeanette joined Volunteer New York! in 2008 and became Executive Director in July 2020 after serving as an Executive Fellow for Capacity Building and Networks with Points of Light. In her previous role as Deputy Executive Director, Jeanette focused on mission delivery, overseeing programmatic strategy and cohesion and supporting revenue generating specifically related to corporate outreach. Previously, Jeanette was New York Cares' first Director of Volunteer Relations, responsible for the recruitment and management of thousands of volunteers and hundreds of volunteer leaders. Jeanette started her nonprofit career as an Americorps VISTA member. She holds a BS in Management from Boston College and her Masters in Public Administration from CUNY Baruch. She is a Westchester native and lives in Cortlandt Manor with her husband and son. Jeanette believes in the transformative power of people to make positive change in our communities and is honored to lead the only nonprofit in this region whose mission it is to mobilize our community to address its greatest challenges. |

As Regional President for New York’s Tarrytown region, Tyré Robinson serves as a convener for the community, bringing together diverse stakeholders to explore and address regional challenges. Tyré is responsible for leading the Metro New York and Southern Connecticut Market as a Business Banking Market manager. Tyré also conceptualized and implemented the Brand Builder Program which helped more than 2,500 employees take an active role in their career development. She is a sponsor for the Equity One Sponsorship program, an overarching education and awareness campaign that promotes diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace. Tyré holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from NYU’s Stern School of Business. |
