Howard Properties is a commercial real estate brokerage firm that specializes in representing tenants on space relocations, renewals, expansions, space reductions and real estate strategy. Howard E. Greenberg has represented many not for profit tenants in his 40 year real estate career. Our priority is always the needs of our tenant and buyer clients We work solely on their behalf to attain the best terms and conditions in any real estate transaction. We also consult on real estate strategy to support the organization's mission and to conserve its financial resources.
