Clay Art Center will be hosting Spring Fest on Saturday, June 1, 2019. Featuring Adopt-a-Dog Pet Adoption Event, Pottery Sale & Fun for the Whole Family, Hands-on clay activities, try the potter’s wheel, face painting, food & raffle. Admission & Activities are Free. It will take place rain or shine.
Spring Fest is a great opportunity to come and enjoy this Westchester arts destination while shopping for pottery bargains. It is fun for the whole family with hands-on clay activities, a chance to try the potter’s wheel, face painting, raffle & food.
Original, hand-made pottery pieces have been donated by tri-state area ceramic artists and are available to the public at greatly reduced prices. 100% of revenues from this event support Clay Art Center programs.
In addition to the great activities and wonderful pottery bargains, there will be a raffle of exciting items donated by Skutt (a potter’s wheel), Diamond Core Tools (clay tools), Pet Pantry Warehouse & more. Winners will be announced at Spring Fest.
As June 1 is the closing day of their Pots for Pets exhibit, Clay Art Center will also host a pet adoption day with Adopt-a-Dog, a Greenwich, CT shelter, whose mission is to save, socialize and secure loving homes for unwanted or abandoned dogs while creating a community, in a no-kill shelter, where there is a home for every dog. Come and meet dogs that are looking for their Furever home. Also in support of shelter animals, Pet Pantry Warehouse and Tischman Pets Photography will be present.
