Sandra Mehl, Speaker  -  Thursday, December 10

6:30 PM: Light Hanukkah Candles and Sing Together
7:00 PM:  Sandra Mehl Presentation

We're having a special Hanukkah Celebration for the Memory Keepers Cocktail Hour this week!!

We are gathering earlier, at 6:30 PM, to light Hanukkah candles and sing together - prior to Sandy Mehl sharing her story.

Please bring your Menorah, and your voices, so we can all light our candles together and, as a community, welcome in the holiday.

 The Antique Judaica Roadshow
Sandy, a child of survivors, tells the story of the heroic deeds of the Horner and Kellner families, who lived in Poland, Germany and Belgium, and rescued lives and precious artifacts in Nazi Europe. Sandy both offers us a message of hope for the next generations and speaks about how to shift from surviving to thriving.

As part of the GenerationsForward initiative of the Holocaust & Human Rights Education Center, Memory Keepers help achieve its mission to teach the lessons of the Holocaust, to promote the right of all people to be treated with dignity and respect, and to encourage speaking up and acting against all forms of hate, bigotry, and prejudice.
