WESTCHESTER URBAN COUNTY CONSORTIUM PUBLIC COMMENT AND PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Notice of Virtual Public Meeting and 30-day Comment Period on Program Year 2021 Final Draft Action Plan
In accordance with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regulations, the Westchester County Department of Planning, as the Lead Agency for the Westchester Urban County Consortium, must provide the opportunity to comment on the County’s draft program year 2021 Annual Action Plan. The Annual Action Plan sets forth the County’s plan in implementing its projects/activities slated for the 2021 program year with Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and HOME Investment Partnership (HOME) grant funds. The County also plans to make minor updates to HUD funded amounts for the FY2020 ESG and CDBG grants. A final draft of the Westchester Urban County Consortium’s Annual Action Plan for program year 2021 (May 1, 2021 to April 30, 2022) will be available on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 for a 30-day comment period to obtain citizens, non-profit organizations and/or other interested parties comments. There will be a virtual public meeting this day, Tuesday, January 12, 2021, at 4pm via WebEx to submit any comments. Comments will be accepted until February 11, 2021.
