Black History Month is a celebration of the vast contributions African Americans have made to this country and the world at large. Join us as we honor Black stories through our Virtual Literary Brunch, featuring renowned authors: Bernice McFadden, Walter Mosley, and a special tribute to the late Cicely Tyson in honor of her recently released memoir. The event will also include a special appearance from actress, singer and culture carrier, Sheryl Lee Ralph.
As part of this virtual experience, Tommi Vincent — chef and host of the new podcast, Stay A While, has curated recipes to guide you through preparing a meal to enjoy during the event. Click here to see the recipes.
We have also prepared a Literary & Culture Box that includes the featured novels and special gifts for you to enjoy during the event. Please register by February 12, 2021, to receive the gift before the event. Limited boxes are available.
