- Making sure the organization is structured properly ("dollar for dollar" vs "experience rating")
- Who is entitled to benefits and how to protest claims for those not entitled to benefits
- Basics of the unemployment insurance process from beginning to end
- Unemployment insurance fraud and what to do about it
- What has happened during CARES ACT through the American Rescue Plan, and how does it affect nonprofits
