Don’t Leave Them Hanging! Connecting the “Back Office” to Your Agency’s Mission - Michael Goldman, Director of Finance and Operations, Child Care Council of Westchester
This Affinity Group will help participants address challenges inherent in the “back office” functions of running a non-profit organization: Human Resources, Finance, IT and Operations. This Affinity Group is chaired by Joanne Dunn, Executive Director of Youth Shelter Program of Westchester and Chuck Newman, President and Managing Partner of Charles Newman Co., and facilitated by Cora Greenberg.
The first meeting will be an opportunity to meet your colleagues and to help set the direction for the Affinity Group. Let us know what issues you would like the group to focus on.
