Making Program Evaluation Work for Your Small Nonprofit – November 16th, 8:30 to 10:00 AM

$25 members, $40 non-members

Program evaluation can sometimes take a back seat at small nonprofit organizations. Yet meaningful evaluation is not only demanded by funders, can boost program impact, support fundraising, and ensure your limited resources are being used to their maximum advantage.

At this meeting of NPW’s Small Nonprofit Affinity Group, you will hear from Sam Wallis, Executive Director of Yonkers Partners in Education (YPIE) about how his organization successfully uses evaluation and metrics to improve effectiveness and advance their mission.  Key takeaways:

  • How to develop practical evaluation methods with a small staff.
  • How to connect evaluation to your program design.
  • How to communicate your results to your key audiences

Small Nonprofits Affinity Group
