Laurel Molloy
Laurel Molloy helps organizations increase their impact by clarifying their intended outcomes and the steps to achieve, measure, and learn from them. Since founding the training and consulting firm, Innovations Quantified (IQ), in 1999, she is proud to have partnered with hundreds of nonprofits and foundations throughout the US and internationally.
Known for her practical, client-centered approach, her mantra is it doesn’t have to be complicated to be effective. Whether working with a fledgling grassroots organization or an established international one, she strives to help each client develop practices that are both meaningful and manageable, and promote ongoing learning and growth.
Laurel holds an MPA in Nonprofit Management from NYU Wagner and a BA in Sociology and Women’s Studies from the College of the Holy Cross. She authored the widely-utilized instructional guidebook, Finally - Outcome Measurement Strategies Anyone Can Understand.
