Through the participation in the roundtable, you will have a unique platform to connect with peers and share ideas, experience, and wisdom related to unique challenges and opportunities faced by nonprofit Executive Directors and CEOs.

At each meeting, an expert resource person/speaker will offer thought-provoking ideas and perspectives to spark our conversation on a critical topic. Table conversations will elicit the brilliance in the room and the shared strength of our peer network.

At the launch of NPW’s CEO and Executive Director’s Roundtable in July, four challenges were identified by participants:

• Staffing
• Resource Development/Fundraising
• Sustainability and Succession
• Collaboration

Except for the first event on Jan. 10 at Sam's of Gedney Way, all future CEO/ED Roundtable Meetings will take place on Tuesdays, 9:00 - 10:30 AM at Westchester Library System, 570 Taxter Road, Elmsford:

• January 10, 2023 - Sam's
• April 11, 2023 - WLS
• July 11, 2023 - WLS
• October 10, 2023 - WLS
