Join us for NAMI Family & Friends, a 90-minute live seminar held virtually, provided by NAMI Westchester to the community. This program aims to educate and support family members, friends and loved ones who support someone living with mental health conditions.

Participants will learn about diagnoses, treatment, recovery, communication strategies, crisis preparation and community resources. Seminar leaders have personal experience with mental health conditions in their families.
