Join Nonprofit Westchester for a briefing on H.R. 1 and its implications for Medicaid providers and recipients with Assemblymember Amy Paulin, Chair of the New York State Assembly Health Committee.

As we know, H.R. 1, also known as the “One Big Beautiful Bill Act” (OBBBA), a major federal budget and policy law passed by Congress and signed on July 4, 2025, includes significant changes affecting several safety-net programs—most notably Medicaid.

We appreciate the opportunity to hear directly from Assemblymember Paulin as she shares insights on what these changes may mean for New York’s Medicaid system, the nonprofit organizations delivering Medicaid services and the people and communities that rely on it. The briefing will also include time for questions and discussion.
