Mission Statement
ADO is a friendly community of development professionals, nonprofit staff, executive directors, board members, volunteers, and consultants who are passionate about professional growth and committed to supporting one another. We host monthly events where participants forge peer connections; build skills to increase donor engagement, raise more money, and communicate more effectively; and share their own ideas and expertise among colleagues. Our goal is to empower fundraisers to succeed – for themselves, for their organizations, and for the people in our communities who ultimately benefit.
