Mission Statement
The Youth Community Outreach Program (Y-COP) welcomes all youth and young adults regardless of race, culture, and/or socioeconomic status. Y-COP introduces all youth to programs that emphasize, enhance and enrich their educational, recreational, community, and cultural awareness. This specially crafted program will motivate, encourage, and empower youth while ensuring their safety and well-being in a healthy, positive and nurturing environment. Y-COP is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization.
