About our Founder: With over 20 years of experience, Val is recognized as a trusted advisor by clients. Passionate about making organizations more effective, she enjoys helping develop individuals and teams, streamline processes, and implement HR initiatives to drive engagement and create positive cultural change. Taking a flexible yet comprehensive approach, Val aims to meet clients where they are and quickly builds relationships to develop and deliver impactful HR solutions, coach managers and emerging leaders, facilitate team development activities, navigate complex ER issues, and drive employee engagement.
